The house is located right at the top of The Sugar Hill neighborhood, Adiembra, TUC Residential area. From the top of the house you can see a spectacular panoramic view of Nhyeaso Area on the right (East), Danyame Area on the left (West) and Regional Office Area in front. This is a quiet and peaceful fully developed area, just 3 miles away from the down-town. 2. The house is built on a generous piece of land with the area about 17,600 sq feet (133 x 132 ). 3. The main construction occupies about 1/3 of this area. It is a beautiful 2 story building, which could be seen from far away. The walls of the house and the front fence are covered with ash-colour washing terrazzo. The house has 2 entrances from the main road. 4. The property is laced with beautiful greenery. There are 3 royal palm trees, 2 coconut palms and 2 tall and slender willow trees growing outside along the front fence, which make the house very easy to locate. The highest point is at the level of the ceiling on 2-nd floor . The floor in this room as well as in all other rooms is covered with terrazzo. 10. There is another smaller 3-wall �private� sitting room about 17.5 x 20 = 350 sq. ft area, raised 2 steps above the level of the rest of the floor (we currently have a library and piano in this room). The room also features some built in shelves. 11. There is also a cozy TV room (15 x 15 = 225 sq. ft), which also has 3 walls. This room provides a comfortable get away for those wishing to view the TV in private while not being totally secluded from the other living areas. 12.
